Customer can cancel their order, by writing a mail to thegreenfocus.in@gmail.com from 10:00 am to 6:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays) within 24 hours of placing an order.
Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, in case the product is damaged, Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. After confirmation on the refund, TheGreenFocus will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
